Child Health Grant Opportunity
The Children's Fund of CT and the Yale Center for Clinical Investigation (YCCI) are pleased to announce the joint funding of two Child Health Innovation Grant awards, each up to $75,000 for an 18 to 24 month period. Proposals are due March 28, 2012. Awards will be made by May 1, 2012 for a start date of July 1, 2012. Innovation Grants Awarded
July 2011
The Children’s Fund of Connecticut and Yale Center for Clinical Investigation have awarded 2011 Child Health Innovation Grants to two projects that address important children’s health problems.
The first grant was awarded to JUNTA for Progressive Action in New Haven for a project aimed at improving asthma care in the Latino community. The second grant was awarded to CT Children's Medical Center for a project to improve co-management of patient care among pediatric primary care and subspecialty practices.
CT-AIMH Grant
The Children's Fund of Connecticut awarded a $15,000 grant to the CT-Association of Infant Mental Health to continue to support the work of advancing the infant and toddler mental health workforce.
