 The Children’s Fund of Connecticut is a public charitable foundation dedicated to ensuring that all children in Connecticut have access to and benefit from a comprehensive, effective, community-based health and mental health care system. To carry out this mission, the Children’s Fund advances and informs sustainable improvements in primary and preventive care practices through innovative grant making,
with particular focus on disadvantaged and underserved children and their families. The Fund’s primary beneficiary is its subsidiary, the Child Health and Development Institute of Connecticut (CHDI), a non-profit organization created by the Fund to serve as its operating arm. |
